FSDC, Inc. gives firearm dealers a cost-effective means to provide their customers with CA DOJ-approved locks.

In the state of California, it is illegal to sell firearms without the appropriate, CA-approved gun-lock. All firearms sold or transferred must include or be accompanied by an appropriate, approved firearm safety device. Unless buyer shows proof of owning a safe, or shows proof of having an FSD no more than 30 days old, YOUR BUSINESS is at risk.

YOUR BUSINESS COULD FACE:

• First violation: $1000 fine
• Second violation: $1000 fine and 30-day ban
• Third violation: Permanent ban from selling firearms.
